In Ekkeko we know the importance of having a good Team, that is why we are in constant training. Acquiring knowledge is vital to our business´s growth and ultimately for providing excellent customer service, we motivate our team members to enroll in continuing practice education courses not only to be prepared for the present challenges, but also the future ones. We encourage team building as we know it is the foundation of any great company, as Ryunosuke Satoro once said “Individually, we are one drop- Together, we are an ocean”.
Director of Operations & Co-Founder
Gonzalo is in charge of overseeing the overall operations of Ekkeko Property Management, with extensive experience in business management gained from his several years of working in companies focus on financial administration services and investment funds in South Florida and in Argentina. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University, USA.
Gonzalo started his career as an intern in Kaufman Rossin Funds Services (5 1/2 years) where he gained firsthand knowledge of the hedge fund administration industry. He then went onto work for one of the pioneers of the fund of funds industry, Crystal Capital Partners (5 1/2 years). His last experience (08/2018-05/2020) was in Grupo Pegasus, a Latin American private equity firm based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Currently he is working full time with Ekkeko Property Management”.
Andres García
Director of Strategy & Co-Founder
Andres is in charge of planning, analyzing and integrating strategies that preserve the philosophy and growth of the company with over a decade of experience in technology systems and the real estate industry.Specializes in transactions and is a licensed real estate broker by the State of Florida. He is also the co-founder and operations manager of SMC Air Conditioning, a company that provides installation and repair services for industrial, commercial, and residential air conditioning systems in South Florida, last year alone SMC revenues were over 2.5M. Andres is the charitable heart of the Ekkeko PM; he has donated several dividend distributions received from company to help build homes for needed families in remote parts of the amazon region of his home country Colombia.
Julia Mazza
Lease Contract Specialist
Julia is our lease contract specialist, she takes care of leasing vacant properties, lease renewals contracts, and the property inspections. She has more than 5 years in the real estate business in the Miami-Dade and Broward County area, with her attention to detail and thorough understanding of the leasing process she has become an important bastion of the Ekkeko Team. Prior to moving to Miami, Julia lived in multicultural Mexico City and prior to that in the City of Rosario, Argentina.
Julia is very enthusiastic about promoting blood and bone marrow stem donations to improve quality life and cure illnesses. You can also count on her for information or personal advise on this matter.
Rodrigo Almada
Rodrigo assists management more as an outside consultant with ideas in business development and strategy on a monthly part-time basis.
He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and obtain a Masters degree from Escuela Real Madrid-Universidad Europea of Spain in Sports Training and Nutrition.
Valeria "Mani" Zancaner
Property Manager
Valeria, or as everyone calls her, “Mani”, is one of the newest members of the Ekkeko Team, she started with us in November of 2019 and has rapidly grasp the ins and outs of the property management operations. She has added quality to the Ekkeko Property Management department and is a vital part of the Ekkeko Team. She is licensed in business administration from Universidad Del Salvador de Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is also mother of two beautiful children and understands the importance of home caring which are attributes we value in Ekkeko PM.
Francisco “Fran” Lobato Racedo
Francisco, or Fran for short, is the newest member of the Ekkeko Team and joined us in August 2021. He has several years of experience from working at a homeowners’ association administrator where he gained key skills and knowledge which he currently applies as a property manager. Fran loves learning new things, especially related to languages which is always helpful when it comes to assisting owners and tenants in the multicultural city of Miami.
Carolina Cingozoglu
Carolina, the newest member of the Ekkeko Team, started with us in November of 2021. She specializes in finding and analyzing the best properties for our clients to invest in, as well as property management operations and interior design consultations-makeovers. She is licensed in Interior Design from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa but gained skills and experience in property management with Airbnb. She´s determined to overcome day by day new challenges, learn, and contribute all her knowledge to clients.
